消化（英文：digestion），又叫消化作用，係身體種過程。食嘢之後，嘢食打散成細分子，畀身體吸收。消化嘅過程可以分做兩部份，先用物理打散（mechanical digestion），再用化學打散（chemical digestion）。有啲生物有消化系統。
