民事結合（Civil union）係指由政府當局認可嘅類似婚姻嘅伴侶結合關係，係近代隨住同性伴侶權益提升而產生出嚟嘅概念，亦係同性婚姻未合法化嘅過渡產物，1989年由丹麥首創。有啲地方民事結合嘅法律地位同權益已經差唔多等同民事婚姻，只係少咗個夫妻名份。
