巴勒摩（意大利文：Palermo）係意大利西西里島嘅首府，喺島西北。人口大概一百三十萬，面積四千九百九十二平方千米。城肉有古建築，亦有加里波地公園（Garden Garibaldi），內有奇花異木。城物產有硫黃、洋橄欖同柑桔。
巴勒摩早喺八千幾年前就有人類定居嘅紀錄。佢曾經俾古希臘人攞做殖民地，之後又俾古羅馬人控制。中世紀時代巴勒摩幾經戰亂，最後喺1130年西西里島王國創立嗰陣成為王國嘅首都。
1861年意大利統一嗰陣成為咗意大利一部份。之後經濟開始有所增長，人口由原來嘅十九萬增加到1921年嘅三十幾萬。而家就有六十幾萬人。
主要係漁業同一啲造船工業。
