即食麪係一種可以喺短時間之內煮熟嘅麪,原理係利用棕櫚油將已經煮熟同調味嘅麵條硬化,並壓製成塊狀,食之前用熱水浸或者簡單咁煮吓,用熱水溶解棕櫚油,並將麵條加熱浸軟,幾分鐘之後就可以食得。
