丁香（粵拼：ding1 hoeng1；學名：Syzygium aromaticum）係桃金娘科蒲桃屬嘅常綠喬木，原產印尼，而家喺桑給巴爾、馬達加斯加、印尼同巴基斯坦、斯里蘭卡地區都可以搵到。
植株高10～20米。葉橢圓形，單葉大兼對生，革質，翠綠色；花係紅色嘅聚傘花序，花蕾喺開花時白，之後轉綠，生到長15～20mm時變紅；花瓣4嚿。果樣似長橢圓形。
佢可以做香料、整茶、同埋做煙或焚香嘅添加劑，重可以入藥同作爲花卉。
