集體決策（粵拼：zaap6 tai2 kyut3 caak3；英文：group decision-making）指一班人一齊做決策。一班人做集體決策，會有一個整體嘅決定，而個決定唔係淨係嚟自某一個個體嘅。集體決策呢種情況喺工作場所嗰度好常見。
集體決策可以理解為一班人彼此之間傳遞資訊嘅過程。
