陳士駿（英文：Steve Chen；1978年8月25號—）係台灣出世嘅台裔美籍企業家，又係YouTube創辦人之一。2005年嘅時候係美國雜誌Business 2.0公佈嘅全球排名第28最具影響力嘅企業人物。
佢喺台北市私立靜心小學讀兩年後，八歲時移民到美國，中學時鍾意數學、科學，後來入咗美國伊利諾大學香檳分校嘅電腦科學系讀，大四時加入PayPal。
