返去平均（粵拼：faan1 heoi3 ping4 gwan1；英文：reversion to the mean / regression to the mean）係統計上嘅一種現象：想像家陣量度某個隨機變數若干次，如果其中一次度到個極端（極高或者極低）嘅數值，[註 1]噉下一次量度嗰陣大機率會度到個比較近平均值嘅數值[1]。
