豆腐花係由黃豆漿瓊咗之後形成嘅中式食品,又叫豆腐腦或豆凍,晉語叫老豆腐,(註:官話入面老豆腐指嘅係北豆腐),滑過豆腐,通常係甜品,不過中國北方會鹹食,加豉油可以用嚟撈飯。有啲地方會叫豆花。
