《調教你男友》（Be a Better Man）係香港電視娛樂製作嘅真人騷節目，2020年7月6號到7月24號逢禮拜一到五22:30-23:00喺ViuTV播。節目由梁祖堯主持，搵咗6對情侶嘅男友（包括藝人張紋嘉嘅演員男友林子傑同另外5個素人）去南丫島隔離7日參加「理想男友」嘅特訓。另外第11同12集有女藝人嘉賓沈殷怡同余逸思演出。
