觀察學習

觀察學習（粵拼：gun1 caak3 hok6 zaap6；英文：observational learning）喺行為論上係指透過觀察其他個體嚟進行嘅學習^[1]，例如波波公仔實驗就係一個好出名嘅行為主義心理實驗^[2]^[3]，場實驗展示咗觀察學習：喺呢個實驗入面，個研究者搵咗班細路返嚟做受試者，並且俾佢哋喺實驗室入面自由噉玩啲玩具；研究者暗中將班細路分咗做兩組，其中一組個研究者俾佢哋觀察一個大人郁手打一個波波公仔，而另一組就冇做呢種觀察；結果發現，有觀察過大人郁手打公仔嘅細路仔事後比較有攻擊性，顯示咗「觀察其他人嘅行為」會引致一個細路仔嘅行為有所改變。
