馬田·阿爾韋托·維茲卡拉·科爾內霍（西班牙文：Martín Alberto Vizcarra Cornejo，1963年3月22號—）係秘魯工程師同政治人，做過總統，利馬出世。

維茲卡拉1984年喺秘魯國立工程大學工程系畢業，跟住喺秘魯艾山工商管理學院進修企業管理專業。歷任秘魯莫克瓜大區工程學院系主任、莫克瓜大區主席等職。2016年7月就任第一副總統兼交通通信部部長。2017年5月辭咗交通通信部長職務，9月被任命為駐加拿大大使，同時繼續擔任第一副總統。2018年3月23號接替辭職嘅古前斯基擔任秘魯總統。
2020年11月9號，秘魯國會通過對佢嘅彈劾，佢被免職。國會主席同反對派領導人Manuel Merino喺第二日接任秘魯總統。
維茲卡拉結咗婚，有4個仔。
