紅毛丹（別名韶子、毛荔枝；拉丁學名Nephelium lappaceum）係東南亞原產嘅大型熱帶果樹，分佈於印尼、馬來西亞等地。中國廣東、海南、廣西同埋雲南等地區有小量栽培。紅毛丹味道類似於荔枝，味甘，性溫，有生津益血、健脾止瀉、溫中理氣、降逆等功效。
以果實表面色彩靚、果體硬實為好。如果果實軟咗就表示熟過頭。
紅毛丹有殺精作用，所以少精嘅男士唔適宜食得多，費事搞到不育。[未記出處或冇根據]
