瘟疫，或者就咁叫瘟（譬如豬瘟）、疫（譬如鼠疫）、疫潮，係指好勁嘅流行傳染病，令到廣大地區好多動物或者人受到感染。
現代學術上，瘟疫叫做全球大流行（英文：Pandemic，出自希臘文字根，解「全人類」），喺定義上強調個病已經散到全世界好多好多地方，邊度都走唔甩。
