海北海南道係元朝至元十七年（1280年）設嘅，屬湖廣等處行中書省，由海北海南道宣慰司管，治所喺雷州路（而今嘅廣東雷州市）海康縣。轄境相當於而今廣東茂名又再西過啲埞、海南、撈廣西欽北防（除開由南寧劃入噶上思；即欽廉地區）啲埞。隻道喺元末捱廢丟。
