格仔餅,又叫夾餅或者窩夫,係源自比利時嘅小食,將雞蛋、砂糖、麵粉、淡奶溝埋一齊,倒落個格仔形嘅模烘熱佢。
響港澳地區,格仔餅會搽牛油、花生醬、煉奶同糖漿,再對摺夾成半圓形。傳統格仔餅係金黃色帶有蛋香,但近年格仔餅發展出唔同口味、顏色,譬如朱古力、蜜瓜、抹茶⋯⋯
可以配雪糕,變得更加好吃
