李家仁，BBS，MH，JP（英文：David Lee Ka Yan，1952年12月12號—）係香港兒科醫生，做過香港醫學會會董、九龍樂善堂多個職位，包括第三十二任主席[1]。
1990年，李家仁醫生開始做樂善堂三十幾位常務總理之一。
1996年，李家仁醫生升咗做樂善堂第四副主席。
2001，李家仁醫生升咗做樂善堂第三十二任主席。
2003年，李家仁醫生俾樂善堂會員大會調咗去做嗰道嘅永遠顧問。
李家仁工餘唱兒歌，親自作曲、填詞，上過無綫電視細路節目《閃電傳真機》、《至Net小人類》同《放學ICU》，飲歌包括《小明坐火車》（正名為《小明小明小小明》[3]），YouTube片段有40萬人次睇過，另外2010年《小明上廣州》嚮YouTube，3日內有30萬人次睇過，重嚮叱咤903派台，話有更多「小明系列」歌出緊。2011年，李家仁再有新歌《小明去拜年》。
