托比·霍士（英文：Toby Fox，1991年10月11號—），本名羅拔·F·霍士（Robert F. Fox），係美國嘅遊戲設計師同埋作曲家。佢係2015年做咗一款廣受大衆俾好評論嘅角色扮演遊戲《Undertale》同埋佢相關嘅遊戲《Deltarune》。佢嘅作曲家事業就由網絡喜劇《Homestuck》開始。霍士仲為好多其他獨立電子遊戲，包括為《寵物小精靈 劍／盾》 同 《任天堂明星大亂鬥 特別版》配樂。
