伊卡·卡斯拿斯·費南迪斯（Iker Casillas Fernandez，1981年5月20號—）係西班牙足球員，現時世界最佳守門員之一。佢效力過皇家馬德里廿幾年，2015年轉投葡萄牙球會波圖。佢亦係西班牙足球代表隊嘅守門員。佢喺馬德里出世，身高180cm，重70kg。
2019年5月，卡斯拿斯喺波圖一次操練期間心口痛，要入醫院做心臟手術，情況穩定。之後佢都冇再上陣，2020年8月宣佈掛靴。
