何甘棠（1866年—1950年1月14號），係怡和洋行嘅買辦，亦係香港望族何東家族嘅成員，香港富商何東個同母異父細佬，佢生父係華人。
何甘棠係香港聖約翰救傷隊嘅創辦人，同阿哥何東一樣曾經做過東華三院主席。
香港華民政務司何世威係何甘棠第四個仔。國際巨星李小龍係何甘棠個外孫。粵劇名伶李海泉係何甘棠個女婿。
澳門賭王何鴻燊係何甘棠嘅侄孫。
香港中環半山區衛城道7號豪宅甘棠第係佢屋企，而家做咗香港歷史博物館嘅分館，叫做孫中山紀念館。
