鹹牛肉（英文：Corned Beef）係一種嘢食，即係用食鹽醃鹹咗嘅牛肉，可以用嚟做三文治餡或者奄列餡。
鹹牛肉源自英國。喺西方有免治同原塊醃牛肉版本。但喺香港等地一般只搵到免治鹹牛肉罐頭。
