陳奐仁（英文：Hanjin Tan，1976年1月27號—）係星加坡籍香港音樂人，1999年開始幫香港歌手作曲、填詞、編曲、監製。佢2010年踏足電影圈，憑電影《李小龍》攞第30屆香港電影金像獎最佳新演員獎。
2016年，佢憑二次創作歌《北韓海闊天空》，喺毛記電視嘅第一屆十大勁曲金曲分獎典禮攞到其中一個「金曲獎」。
