鋰離子電池（Lithium ion battery）係種可以重複叉電嘅充電池，靠鋰離子喺正極同負極之間游來游去。鋰離子電池有唔同嘅鋰化合物做嘅電極材料。 目前成日用嘅正極材料主要有：鋰鈷氧化物（LiCoO2）、錳酸鋰（LiMn2O4）、鎳酸鋰（LiNiO2）同磷酸鐵鋰（LiFePO4）。
