遜清皇室小朝廷係滿清政府喺1912年2月12號遜位後，根據同當時嘅中華民國北洋政府簽嘅《清室優待條件》，喺紫禁城範圍入面保持住大清朝廷，自成一國。不過到1924年11月5號，嗰時發動北京政變嘅將領馮玉祥決定驅逐清室，發佈《修正清室優待條件》，解散咗呢個朝廷。
