豆膶,又叫豆腐膶,係整乾咗嘅豆腐,好多時都用嚟做小食或者頭盤。
豆膶原名係豆腐乾,簡稱豆乾,不過廣東人覺得「乾」唔好意頭,所以就好似「肝」咁,改咗做個「膶」字。
皆因豆膶多數都細細嚿,所以會用「豆膶咁細」形容一樣嘢好細。
