西美昂二世（粵拼：sai1 mei5 ngong4 ji6 sai3，Симеон Борисов Сакскобургготски，1937年6月16號—），係保加利亞最後一任沙皇（1943至1946年），被廢後曾經流亡50年。1996年返保加利亞之後，2001年至2005年任保加利亞總理。
