葉璇（英文：Michelle Ye，1980年2月14號—）係香港演員，而家係紅館經理人公司藝人。
葉璇嚮浙江杭州出世，10歲移民美國，威爾斯利學院（Wellesley College）政治學畢業，1999年代表美國紐約參加國際華裔小姐競選，得冠軍同「最具古典美態獎」，之後入行。嚮無綫電視做藝員，2005年7月加盟寰亞綜藝娛樂集團有限公司下面嘅紅館經理人公司。同亞洲電視簽「部頭合約」，拍「情陷夜中環」二部曲，2005年入寰亞電影拍戲，以《情義我心知》提名香港電影金像獎最佳新人。嚮第二十九屆香港電影金像獎得《意外》“最佳女配角”獎[1]。
