紅豆冰係起源喺香港嘅冰室,概念起源自中式甜品紅豆沙。做法係將紅豆同糖煮成嘅紅豆糖水雪凍後,加入淡奶同冰塊。早年冰塊係用一個鐵造嘅冰刨喺生冰磚上刨出冰花(叫做刨冰),後來呢種造法因衛生嘅關係被取締,所以改用製冰機造出來嘅冰粒,現時大多改用碎冰代替。
紅豆冰有時會被加上一球雪糕,叫做雪糕紅豆冰。
