白只（Michael Ning，1979年11月5號—）原名凌智豪，係香港男演員，亦係戲劇兼樂隊組合朱凌凌嘅結他手。佢憑2015年港產片《踏血尋梅》嘅角色丁子聰，攞到金馬獎「最佳男配角」獎項；香港電影評論學會大獎「最佳男演員」獎項；同埋香港電影導演會年度大獎「最佳新演員」獎項。佢同時亦攞到香港電影金像獎「最佳男配角」同「最佳新演員」兩個獎。
