沙田市中心（英文：Sha Tin Town Centre）係香港新界沙田新市鎮嘅中心地帶，喺火炭南面、大圍北面，城門河西岸。嗰度前身係沙田海海邊嘅墟市沙田墟，後尾政府發展新市鎮，就將墟市塊地收返同埋填海，發展成新市鎮嘅市中心。
