拉羅湯加

拉羅湯加（粵拼：laai1 lo4 tong1 gaa1；英文：Rarotonga）係曲克群島一島兼火山島，亦係曲克群島最多人口嘅島。總面積得67.39km²。
個島喺1823年7月25號俾歐洲佬發現。成個島嘅海拔唔高，即使係最高地方——特拉曼加山淨得413m到。佢亦係曲克群島最熱門嘅旅遊地方，尤其係最北邊嘅城市——阿華魯，屬曲克群島嘅首都。
