地精（粵拼：dei6 zing1；英文：Gnome）係一種傳說生物，文藝復興時期歐洲嘅煉金術圈嘅文獻成日提到佢哋。地精嘅形象通常係矮細、好似人噉形、而且住喺地底。佢哋好多時都畀人視為一種元素精靈，代表住地水火風當中嘅地。
