受精（粵拼：sau6 zing1，fertilization）係指有性繁殖當中配子結合產生新生命嘅過程。對動物嚟講，呢個過程係由精子同卵子結合，發育形成胚胎。根據唔同嘅動物物種，可以分爲體內受精同體外受精。
