冠忠巴士集團有限公司（港交所：0306）係香港一間公共事業公司，1948年創辦，最初經營汽車清潔服務，其後喺1950年代開始提供學童褓姆車服務，並喺1960年代尾發展巴士客運服務，接載學童及僱員。到1980年代，冠忠巴士集團開始經營屋邨居民巴士業務。
現時冠忠巴士集團主要業務係喺中港經營專利巴士服務及非專利及其他巴士服務，以及新大嶼山巴士服務，目前係香港最大規模非專利巴士公司。現時公司兩名最大股東分別係創辦人黃冠忠家族以及新創建交通服務。公司總部設喺柴灣創富道8號，新巴柴灣車廠三樓。
