密爾沃基鐵路（Milwaukee Road，官方名稱為Chicago, Milwaukee, St. Paul and Pacific Railroad, CMSP&PRR）是自1847年開始在美國中西部、西北部運營的一條一級鐵路，1986年1月1日併入蘇線鐵路公司。雖然不再作為獨立的鐵路存在，但歷史建築密爾沃基火車站中依然有對該鐵路的紀念說明、密爾沃基鐵路261號蒸汽機車仍得以保存。
