坎利酮

坎利酮（英語：Canrenone，商品名有：Contaren、Luvion、Phanurane、Spiroletan等），別名坎利酸內酯或烯睪丙內酯。是一種有機化合物，分子式為C₂₂H₂₈O₃，屬於甾體類抗鹽皮質激素^[3][4]，臨床上可用作醛固酮拮抗劑治療水腫、心衰、高血壓、肝腹水等疾病^[5]，在義大利、比利時等國也用作利尿劑^[6][7][8][9]，同時也是螺內酯的活性代謝產物^[10][2]。坎利酮可被赭麴黴等微生物發酵作用對11號碳進行羥基化，得到11α-羥基坎利酮（維基數據所列：Q76416060）^[11][5]。坎利酮同時也是螺內酯和依普利酮的原料^[12]。

坎利酮抗鹽皮質激素作用比螺內酯強，但抗雄激素作用要弱於螺內酯^[13][14]，不過利用其抗雄激素作用可用於治療女性多毛症（英語：Hirsutism）^[15]。作為利尿劑，螺內酯轉化成系列代謝產物後，坎利酮貢獻了約10-25%的保鉀利尿作用（英語：Potassium-sparing diuretic），7α-硫代甲基螺內酯（英語：7α-Thiomethylspironolactone）則主要貢獻了約80%^[16][17][18]。
