過氧化物酶體增殖物活化受體γ（Peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor gamma ，縮寫為PPAR-γ或PPARG），也稱胰島素增敏劑受體（glitazone receptor），或 NR1C3（意為核受體第一亞科C集團第3號，nuclear receptor subfamily 1, group C, member 3）是一種位於人類染色體上的二型核受體，由PPARG基因編碼。^[2][3][4]對脂肪細胞和胰島素有重要的作用，是治療糖尿病的研究對象之一。^[5]
