鉅蚓科（学名：Megascolecidae）为单向蚓目的一个科。 本科包括以下属： Aceeca Blakemore, 2000 Amphimiximus Blakemore, 2000 远环蚓属 Amynthas Kinberg, 1866，远盲属 Anisochaeta Beddard, 1890
