魯道夫·吉揚

魯道夫·約瑟夫·吉揚（法語：Rodolphe Joseph Guilland，1888年3月5日—1981年10月5日），法國拜占庭學者。

生平

1888年，他出生於隆斯勒索涅，1926年，完成了尼基弗魯斯·格雷戈拉斯（英語：Nicephorus Gregoras）的傳記，次年又完成了後者的書信編輯，1934年接替老師夏爾·迪爾（英語：Charles Diehl）在巴黎大學的拜占庭研究教席，直到1958年退休^[1]。他的研究興趣主要在拜占庭帝國後期（1204-1453年），特別是巴列奧略王朝，他主要研究君士坦丁堡大皇宮及拜占庭帝國的國家體制、官制、榮銜^[2]。

作品

自1921年至1980年，他在拜占庭領域撰寫了192篇研究作品^[3]。其中許多論文收在以下三個論文集中：
