馬金忠（1949年1月—），男性，山東壽光人，1975年4月參加工作，1971年2月加入中國共產黨，中華人民共和國政治人物.
人物經歷
馬金忠歷任中共壽光縣臥鋪公社黨委書記、壽光縣委副書記、副縣長，縣長，縣（市）委書記，[註 1][1]中共濰坊市委常委、濰坊高新技術產業開發區黨工委書記、管委會主任，山東省農機局局長、黨組書記。1997年出任中共棗莊市委副書記、市長兼同市政協主席，1998年當選為第九屆全國人大代表。[2]2002年升任中共棗莊市委書記、棗莊市人大常委會主任。[3]2006年去職出任國有企業山東省高速公路集團有限公司董事長、黨委書記。[4]
