生平
1938年3月參加革命。同年9月，加入中國共產黨。早年參加青年救國會組織抗日，後擔任中共天津市委五市分委副書記兼軍事部部長、青縣縣委書記，北平市外四區區長、回民工作委員會主任[1]。1957年，擔任中共寧夏回族自治區工作委員會書記處書記、寧夏回族自治區人民委員會副主席副主席。1979年，調任林業部副部長[2]。
