顧夏聲（1918年5月6日—2012年2月6日），江蘇無錫人，中國環境工程專家，中國工程院院士。
1936年考入交通大學土木工程學院（後改稱土木工程系），1941年畢業後，任教於上海大同大學、交通大學。1948年，獲美國德州農工大學衛生工程碩士學位。1949年4月回國，8月到唐山北方交通大學擔任副教授，1951年去北京大學衛生工程系任教。1952年院系調整時來到清華大學。[1]其主要提出用自養型硫細菌進行生物脫硫，並進行甲烷發酵和硫回收的新工藝，以提高有機廢水治理技術[2]。1995年，當選中國工程院院士[3]。
