韓水法 （1958年7月—），浙江餘杭人，北京大學哲學系教授、外國哲學研究所所長，主要從事政治哲學、韋伯與社會理論等方面的研究工作。入選中華人民共和國教育部2011年度"長江學者"特聘教授[1]。
