儒勒·雷吉斯·德布雷（Jules Régis Debray；1940年9月2日—），法國哲學家、新聞工作者、學者，1967年與身在玻利維亞的切·格瓦拉結交。後赴智利曾與智利總統薩爾瓦多·阿連德進行過會面談話。1973年返回法國，曾在法國政府擔任職務。2010年6月赴中國講學。[1][2][3][4]他在格瓦拉主義的基礎上，提出了「焦點主義」。2003年榮獲孔堡-夏多布里昂大獎。
