陸行區是中華民國上海市的一個區，位於現今浦東新區，其東至川沙縣，南至洋涇區，北至高行區，西至黃浦江。面積27平方公里。當地原為上海縣陸行鄉。1928年，陸行鄉成為陸行區。1945年中國抗日戰爭結束後併入洋涇區。[1]
