陳振亮（1963年8月—），山西壽陽人，漢族，1983年8月參加工作，1984年6月加入中國共產黨。中華人民共和國政治人物、第十三屆全國人民代表大會山西地區代表。
山西農業大學農學專業畢業，研究生學歷，法學博士。2013年12月，任中共運城市委副書記。2016年5月，任運城市代市長，10月當選市長。2018年1月，任中共朔州市委書記。2018年2月24日，當選為第十三屆全國人大代表[1][2][3][4]。2021年1月，任山西省人力資源和社會保障廳廳長[5]。
