何瑞朗（英語：Rick Houenipwela；1958年8月8日—），暱稱里克·豪（英語：Rick Hou），是索羅門群島的政治人物、前任索羅門群島總理。

政治生涯
2017年11月，索羅門群島國民議會通過針對時任總理梅納西·蘇嘉瓦瑞的不信任案，並選舉何瑞朗為新一任的總理。[1]
2019年4月，索羅門群島國民議會大選，前總理梅納西·蘇嘉瓦瑞率領的政黨贏得大選，並再次出任總理一職，何瑞朗下台。
