生平
曾任東海艦隊驅逐艦6支隊支隊長，東海艦隊副司令員[1]。2009年，率領中國人民解放軍海軍第四批護航編隊，執行中國人民解放軍海軍索馬利亞護航行動。2014年1月任中國人民解放軍濟南軍區副司令員兼北海艦隊司令員，2014年7月任中國人民解放軍海軍參謀長[2]。2015年7月晉升為海軍中將[3]。2017年12月改任海軍副司令員[4]。
