賈瑞琴（1961年4月—），女，回族，河南開封人，中華人民共和國政治人物。畢業於河南大學中文系函授本科，河南大學政治經濟學在職研究生學歷。
賈瑞琴曾任中共商丘市委常委、宣傳部部長、副市長；2015年7月任河南省民族事務委員會主任（即河南省政府宗教事務局局長）[1]。 她是第九屆、第十屆全國人大代表。
