生平
1936年，中共中央改原赤安縣為志丹縣，同時在吳起鎮塔兒灣又成立了新赤安縣，擔任中共新新赤安縣縣委書記。1937年赤安事件爆發後，中共慶環分區立即撤職並關押了賀旭東[1]。1938年6月至1939年2月，任中共鹽池縣委書記[2]，期間招降施顏芳等勢力[3]。中華人民共和國成立後，在廣州鐵路局政治部工作，後擔任政治部主任。後離休住廣州[4]。
